Refund / Exchange Policy
We want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase! So this means you are welcome to return products if they just 'aren't for you' or if you have ordered the wrong size! All clothing returns must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, no makeup stains, free from perfume and with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
As soon as you decide to return your product/s for an exchange or store credit YOU MUST get in contact first (you have 5 days from delivery to make contact). You then have 7 days to have the items returned in the original condition. If you wish to EXCHANGE for an alternate size, please get in touch ASAP so we can notify you of the availability of other sizes and put the new size aside for you straight away.
- Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on earrings, unless they are deemed faulty
- All return postage costs need to be covered by yourself - tracked postage is recommended as we can not be responsible for goods lost in transit
- Damaging made to products as a result of incorrect fitting or sizing will be at the cost of the buyer
- All returns are processed as store credits
- No returns or exchanges on SALE items
If you receive goods which have a manufacturers fault please contact us describing the fault and images of the product. I will then send all details to the manufacturer to remedy the problem for you.
I ask that if you are unsure of sizing that you PLEASE contact me prior to completing your purchase! I sell these products every day and I am more than happy to send measurements and compare measurements to items you already own - to check that your new purchase will be just right for you.
